What is next after placing an order?

After a successful check-out, you will be updated throughout the process via auto SMS text messages and email notifications. Our staff will process your order and review the desired delivery day. We will ship the order according to the delivery you chose so you could receive it on time.

Can I choose the delivery day?

Yes! You can choose a delivery day at the checkout step after you enter your shipping address. You will receive the order on the day you chose.

Yes! You can combine or create your own box of seafood. We will find a way to ship them. We take care of the hard part for you.

When will my order ship?

Speed of processing is one of our core values. We want to make it easy and fast for you to receive the seafood.
After your payment is verified, we will start processing your order so you could get them:
– As fast as tomorrow if you place your order before the cut-off time for next-day delivery. For example, placing an order before 12PM on Monday (Eastern Time), you could select Tuesday as your delivery day.
– Overnight Delivery is the shipping service we use to deliver your seafood, it takes less than 24 hours to deliver them to you.

How to pay? What kind of payment do you accept?

Payment could be done at the checkout step on our website. We use Stripe and PayPal as payment processing. We accept most all kinds of debit or credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Android Pay.
Our staff could also help you to pay via phone if needed.
We do offer to finance of Buy it now, pay later options. The payments are handled by either PayPal Credit, Affirm or Klarna

Can I cancel my order?

You can not cancel an order if it has been shipped out.
You could cancel an order within 2 hours after the order was placed to receive a full refund. Otherwise, there is a 20% restocking fee applied when an order is canceled.

Can I order for pickup?

Yes. If you are local and able to pick up. When entering the shipping address, our system will know that you are local and will offer a free pick-up option.

How is your seafood compared to my local supermarket?

Our seafood is daily caught straight from the fishermen at the local New England States of Maine and Massachusetts. We have thousands of pounds of live seafood in and out daily as we also supply Wholesale to supermarkets, restaurants across the country.
The best seafood is the one that just caught. We deliver them straight to your door, which has the shortest time since the seafood was caught. In comparison to the local supermarket, the seafood could be there in the glass tank for days, which could downgrade its quality.

What is the selling unit? per pounds, oz, or box?

Per pound (lb)
Just like the supermarket, you will know how much a pound is on the listing. The price at checkout will be the price per lbs times the weight of the product. For example, a lobster 1.25-1.5 lb with a listing price of $10/lb, the price at checkout will be around $12.50 – $13 for that lobster.
Per box
We do offer a way of combo purchase. For the combo, you will pay for the entire box. For example, a box of 6 Maine Lobster size 1.25-1.5 lb is around $90.00. You can build your own box by selecting multiple types of live seafood.


Do you ship to door?

Yes, we ship directly to you via either FedEx Overnight or UPS Next Day Air.

Do you ship Air Cargo?

Yes. You could contact us on our live chat to request your order to be shipped with Air Cargo. We do suggest Air Cargo, especially for large or wholesale orders.

How does shipping cost calculate?

Shipping is auto-calculated on our website based on your given shipping address. We do offer FREE SHIPPING if your order subtotal is above a certain amount depends on the current deal that we have. Our shipping price is always very competitive versus others.

Do you ship the seafood live?

Yes. We sort and select the strongest ones before shipping them to you. We have been shipping live seafood since 1995 from Boston to around the World.
